The Icelandic Association of Utah
The Icelandic Association of Utah has members in 12 states. Your membership is valued and necessary for us to give back to the community.
As a member you:
· Help maintain the Icelandic Monument, a pillar and remembrance, to all western Icelanders and their ancestors
· Help compile and preserve the Icelandic Family History Collection in the Spanish Fork Family History Library
· Help the IAU welcome and host luncheons for fellow visiting Icelanders
· Help provide entertainment at annual celebratory Iceland Days and Thorrablot
· Help provide necessary supplies for events
· Celebrate and honor a proud Icelandic heritage
What is the IAU working on?
· Building bridges with Vestmannaeyjar and Spanish Fork City
· Reaching out through the IAU Gives Back community involvement intiative
· Becoming more involved with the Icelandic National League of North America
· Improving the quality and cultural authenticity of our events
